The Geneva PTA has established a grant program to provide financial support to school staff. Use of grant funds creates learning opportunities, projects, and activities designed to enrich the student experience at Geneva. Please ensure that your grant request aligns with our mission statement: Our mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by connecting the home, school, and community. Together with staff and families, we can support and enrich a positive and safe learning environment for our children to learn and grow.

GRADE LEVEL REIMBURSEMENT FORM

Each year, the Geneva PTA works hard to secure funds for all grade-level teachers for classroom expenses and other miscellaneous items.  These funds have been used for items such as books, grade-level computer programs, incentives, and art supplies.  We hope this helps offset some of the educational costs you incur throughout the year!

  • Please take a picture, scan, or email the ORIGINAL ITEMIZED RECEIPTS (must be from the 2023-2024 PTA fiscal year) for reimbursement.

  • Email the completed form and keep a copy of this form and copies of all associated receipts for your records.

  • If your request exceeds the budget allowance, you will be contacted by the Treasurer.

SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS GRANT FORM

The Geneva PTA has designated funds for resource, special education, and classroom teachers to serve special education students pre-k through 5th grade.  These funds can be used for resource items such as weighted lap pads, sensory play, fidgets, therapy tools, etc.

Special Education Needs Grants are on a first come, first served basis. Please check with our PTA Treasurer on how much is available before filling out and submitting this form.
